[[Collection P|P]]-DU. Collins' herbarium was acquired by Rafinesque whose collections in turn came into the hands of Elias Durand. For full details see Stuckey (1971). – Collins published no botanical treatises to speak of but was of importance through his herbarium and his promotion of Philadelphia botany.
