What comes probably nearest to the main set (perhaps including types) is the one obtained by Desvaux and now at [[Collection P|P]] in the herbier-général. In 1807 Tussac gave a number of specimens to A.L. de Jussieu ([[Collection P|P]]-JU), other specimens are at [[Collection G|G]] (through A.P. de Candolle) and [[Collection FI|FI]]. Tussac's 2000 drawings, made on Martinique, were burned on 5 Feb 1802, but the herbaria and manuscripts were saved.
