Diese Schrift ist früher nicht im Buchhandel gekommen". Even though the book may not have been for sale through the book-trade, copies were evidently distributed by the author in 1836/7 judging by e.g. the Notice in Flora 1837. Hinrichs lists it as received 28 Apr-4 Mai 1839.
