*Publ*.: Sets of coloured copper engravings by Johann Knapp, ordered by Johann Baptist are found at BM, GZU and W. For an extensive analysis and description of two of the sets (85 in GZU, and 36 at the Institut für Anatomie, Graz) and for the collection of 185 original watercolours (Alpenpflanzen I) see Widder (1960). The portfolio of original drawings at GZU contains part of the reputedly 300 drawings made for this purpose. Further sets of the engravings are at W (33 plates, not 92, with handwritten title *Icones plantarum alpinarum cum Archiducis Johannis peractae*, mentioned under this name by PR) and 51 plates at BM (BM 2: 934: "Johann Baptist... *Icones plantarum alpestrium Austriae*" title handwritten). An "*Alvawetischer Catalog von Alpenpflanzen*" by Johann Knapp (mss) is also at GZU.
