#### Herbarium and types
Frank's herbarium (5.000-6.000 species, 15.000 specimens) was split up and sold, possibly also via Hochstetter and Steudel, Frank's connections with Esslingen date probably only from 1835. C. Frank held by Doell; this is no longer extant.
