According to Hitchcock (List) the Houttuyn types are at [[Collection UPS|UPS]]. The basis of this statement is unknown to us. Some Houttuyn material is also at [[Collection C|C]] (herb. Vahl). Merrill failed to locate any specimens either at [[Collection L|L]] or at [[Collection G|G]]. They may be incorporated, however, in the Burman and van Royen herbaria.
