Hartweg, Carl Theodor (1812-1871), German botanist; son of Andreas Hartweg; botanical collector for the Horticultural Society of London in North, Central and South America 1836-1843 and 1845-1847; afterwards inspector of the ducal gardens at Schwetzingen (Baden).
