#### Note
Guillemin and Joseph-Henri Leveillé (1796-1870) jointly are credited with coining the term "baside" (i.e. basidium) for the spore-bearing structure in Basidiomycetes.
#### Herbarium and types
The first set of Guillemin's own Brazilian collections is at [[Collection MJSD|MJSD]] (not [[Collection DI|DI]], as stated in TL-2/1) with the rest of his herb. His types are mainly at [[Collection P|P]], but also in [[Collection G|G]] ([[Collection G|G]]-DC and Delessert Herb.); some duplicate material also is found in [[Collection DBN|DBN]], [[Collection DS|DS]], [[Collection E|E]]-GL and [[Collection K|K]]. – Corr. with A.P. de Candolle in [[Collection G|G]] (Archives).

- (1) The entry for A.
