Meurthe-et-Moselle) 1862, took his vows 1863, instructor of natural sciences at various secondary schools 1873-1884, later chaplain ("aumônier") for various convents, died 15 Mar 1916 in Uvrier nr. Sion (Valais), France. **Abbreviated name**: *Gave* #### Herbarium and types [[Collection G|G]], also [[Collection E|E]]; some Rosaceae at [[Collection BR|BR]]; his herbarium (at Agen) was discussed by Père Garroute (Bull.
