Aargau) where he was schooled and employed by a bank, attended Univ. of Zurich 1878-1880, went to Geneva 1889 and worked with R. Buser and B. Reber, contracted pulmonary consumption and died 27 Oct 1892 in Aarau. **Abbreviated name**: *Feer* \[standard form in IPNI: *Feer*\] #### Herbarium and types [[Collection G|G]], via the herb. of Burkhard Reber (see TL-2/4: 615). Feer's herb. contained that of his father Karl (Carl) Feer-Herzog (1820-1880) and that of Paul Usteri (see TL-2/6: 623-624) which, at the time, contained J.F.
