Smith; it is now in the Smith herbarium at the Linnean society ([[Collection LINN|LINN]]). The herbarium contains Swiss plants collected by Davall himself, as well as by Favrod and Reynier; further collectors represented are Bellardi (Italy), Dickson (England), F. Ehrhart (Germany) and D.
