Berhaut, Jean \[Père\] (1902-1977), French clergyman, botanist and entomologist, sometime teacher at the apostolic schools at Bois-noir (Valais, Switzerland), Fribourg and Bouveret, vicar at Thiès, Sénégal, 1937; botanized in Sénégal 1937-1962, later working out his floras in Paris, based on the Museum d'Histoire naturelle.
